Eddie gave out great info on an exacta last year in the Belmont that resulted in a $700.00 winning for me and that was nice. He got the Kentucky Oaks wrong on Saturday, with his exacta picks coming in 3rd and 4th, but his Derby advice led to good results. I bet Justify for just $100.00 and it paid $380.00. I would have made that pick without Eddie's advice. But he LOVED Good Magic so much, I installed him in 2nd, with Audible 3rd in my only trifecta on a $20.00 bet that paid $2,738.00 and I only had Good Magic in that bet because Edzo said so. Way to go Eddie!

Why don't you take some of that $2738 (if that even happened) and bet it on the White Sox to win 37 games or less.

I wouldn't get so excited about a $140 tri in a 20 horse field.

Getting a $2,738.00 payout on a $20.00 bet.....I think is worthy of celebrating.

That's if you bet one number straight. Kudos if you did it that way.

That's why the cost was just $20.00 and the payout so good. Picked them in order and did not box them.

Don't get me wrong, I do not know horseracing. I just read up and listen to the real experts and went with what I gleened from them, particularly Eddie. If not for his advice, I never probably even make a trifecta wager.

Just like with the Cubs, Elmhurst Steve only talks horse racing when he is winning.

I have wagered on horseracing 4 times in my life now. Once when I was at Belmont, twice at Arlington ( including last year in the other race Eddie gave out the exacta and I bet at Arlington) Saturday at Arlington and Sunday from an OTB in Oak Brook Terrace. That's it Not a lifestyle thing and don't see it becoming one. I give all the credit to Edzo. He knows his stuff and I just took advantage of the knowledge he shared.

That is a suggestion worthy of consideration.

Especially on an $18 bet.
