I am not sure if this is your hill for the day but that is not how I read the CBS story this morning. It read as a 21 year old Patricia at spring break being accused. My assumption it was a young girl obviously but never saw a "child". Either way, yes this last year or two it seems there is a higher sensitivity for a withdrawn allegation against a female many years ago.
