If I’m Philly I’m going as hard as possible at Kawhi.

Not sure about George.

Paul is also struggling beating Thompson and Iggy one on one whenever they switch. Really haven't seen him go by anyone yet.

Paul’s made some incredible passes that weren’t finished. I thought he played well.

He is making shots but he isn't beating guys off the dribble. Those shots will start missing as he tires.

He doesn’t beat guys off the dribble much in general anymore though. His game is mid/long range jumpers and incredibly sharp cross court passes.

I agree Paul/Harden Iso’s aren’t enough. Capela is giving them a lot though. Could be a game changer.

You can just tell GS has been at this for a few years, and Houston is new to being great.

If he can't beat guys then its going to be tough to get other guys involved. Its the reason that they have so many shot clock violations. It shouldn't take a thousand dribbles if it is a mismatch. Houston is having to work too hard to get shots.

Their two best players have been in the league for almost two decades combined.

They just aren’t as good. No other narrative really applies imo.

Durant has been the difference.

Houston needs Lebron.

Yeah they don't look as good.

I was just talking about championship pedigree.

Houston needs 7 players to be good to great. So far they have like 2 or 3 in this game.

It is crazy how much they switch everything in this "new" and "improved" NBA. I guess it has to do with all the 3 point shooting but man do you get some ugly mismatches because of it.

Exactly. Imagine Philly telling San Antonio “uh yeah so you can have anyone except for Simmons and Embiid. You guys like Robert Covington? How about our number 1 pick from last year? He’s got mental issues with his jump shot and only played 14 games last season. That’s about $20 million and should match up. What do you think?”

Bulls have a better shot at Leonard.

Yeah but the difference between a healthy George and Kawhi is significant enough to give something up for the upgrade.

If Paul can't break guys down they have no chance this series. Their 3 point shooters are too easy to guard without dribble penetration from Paul and Harden.

The Bulls will predictably pick up someone like Vince Carter and schedule a celebration in Grant Park. LTG will be the only one that shows up. Everyone else will go after George and Leonard.

And somewhere you'll still be bitching about Kyrie Irving.

It's a shame we'll never be able to accurately gauge Durant's greatness because he went to GS.

Harden gets it on the tap out if he comes past half.

Hell of a game. Houston would have beat any other team in the NBA tonight by 20. Yet they're down 10 with 4:00 to go.

Turning point so far.

Also, Draymond should have been tossed 2min into game.

Durant IS the reason Golden State is winning this game. He’s their best player.

I agree, but the spacing of the offense because of Curry and Thompson can't be denied.

Also helps he ain't playing with team/coach/franchise killer Westbrook anymore.

Remember when the sports world was turned on its head because Jordan hit six threes in a half?

Steph’s been playing well defensively whether it’s Paul or Harden.
