Sour Cream is awful. Ketchup is sour cream's Mississippi.

Way too much condiment use in this country. Part of the pussification of America. Eat food the way it was meant to be eaten.

I don't get this. Burgers and sandwiches are meant to be eaten with condiments. So we are eating food the way it meant to be eaten.

You just eat those things dry?

aka "Suicide style"

The hot dogs at the caddyshack were particularly awful and sometimes, to test our mettle as men, we'd eschew the discolored mustard and eat them plain.

It was a joke. I like condiments just fine.

Underrated condiment is Yum Yum sauce

Chimichurri -- maybe not underrated but certainly under utilized for how easy it is to make.

Giardiniera is undisputed as the most criminally underrated condiment. Maybe most criminally underrated anything.

I like the hot giardiniera relish a lot. It's more versatile than its chunkier brethren. Goes on pizzas, in pasta sauces, on burgers, but also sandwiches just as well. Hail the hot giardiniera relish.

I’ve been known to order something solely by chimichurri being in the list of ingredients. Rarely let down.

Coworker exposed me to Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce, I picked up a bottle at Meijers, now the wife loves it too. Near the top of the rotation right now.
