He has to take this point of view. It was his entire Kane position. To walk back now would be problematic. Even though he is using the language incorrectly. An indictment legally is not evidence of guilt but a level of belief in a charge.

I heard very little of this discussion, but what I did hear was Danny saying how victims like her don't want to testify because they don't want to endure a trial. Yeah, sometimes, but it's not the only reason why. He didn't seem to even entertain the possibility that she didn't want to testify at a trail because her story wouldn't hold up. I have no idea why she didn't, but not wanting to go through a trial isn't the only reason like he insited.

It's always been Bernstein's stance. That once a girl accuses, she's right.

Obviously there are cases where girls are scared of going to trial for multiple reasons. But the fact that a women would lie about this isn't amazing. Women are human. So they're just as flawed as men. Sometimes they're evil bitches. They do make up rape allegations. After "Boobs" Bernstein decided to take the stance that all rape allegations are true. It was a career move to prove that he's not sexist even though he is sexist.

I know me saying this means I'm for rape and hate women in Bernstein's mind. But I'll bet he would defend his son to the death if he thought it was a false allegation. Hell, even if he thought it was true he would defend him to the death. And throw a lot of money at it to get his boy off.

I got two minutes in to yesterday's show and I had to turn them off.

I think when they replace McKnight, DeCostro will have to do another import, like Parkins. It's just all recycled garbage in the Chicago talent pool.

Does anyone else remember when the Score's talent pipeline got so Bernsteinian that Brendan McCaffrey did a special evening show to take phone calls on why everyone at the station was trying to sound like Dan Bernstein?

I remember that show! I had just got in my car after going to the store and I remember thinking "this is awfully meta for a behind the scenes guy". I take it that wasn't very well received by the talent pool?

It’s funny because he was doing exactly that in his first stint at the Score.

At least--or at most--he will disagree with Bernstein on occasion. But other than that, the show sounds like take-your-college-kid-to-work day.

The show is terrible. Connor adds nothing. They need to save Dan from himself.

Herron and Grote did the best fill-ins with Dan the last year, should have been one of them.

I liked Herron, but who knows if he could do a whole season of baseball talk radio.

Grote is ok, but I think Bernstein would have been annoyed by the end of the first week.
