Curry is another bitch who wouldn't do shit without the team he has. Trade him for LBJ and that dude isn't winning more than 20 games with the Cavs.

He’s winning the Finals. He’s better than LeBron. Proved it in 2015.

Yup. The bitch here is Durant. You could remove him off the team and there would be literally no difference. He doesn't add anything to that team but a whiny mouth that needs to be fed now and then for a boring two point shot. He gives nothing to them in return.

Durant’s played LeBron well defensively.

But yeah get an Ariza guy for that role and spend the other money on a better third guard and same team essentially.

Really? Driving home while listening to 670, the national guy made it sound like Curry was trying to trip and injure James.

The one replay I saw, if you wanted to see it you could 'see' Curry try a weak leg kick but it didn't connect and even if it had James was already getting ready to make sure he tumbled as far as he possibly could to make sure everyone knew that he 'deserved' a foul.

Beyond his enormous offensive talent Durant is needed for rebounding and defense. Golden State is not a particularly large team in their front court and their lack of size was exploited somewhat in game 1. Durant with his size and length can do a good job of grabbing defensive rebounds and guarding the rim.

Dead serious, but let's do this in another thread. I think it's obvious that the Cavs would suffer if you traded LBJ for Curry straight up.

But as FF said, they could have found someone for cheaper for that role. (they proved this in 2015) It all would have been some much "purer" doing it without Durant.

You're a fool then. Curry's the best shooter to ever live. He's also a well rounded player. He's among the best ball handlers in the league, he's a good rebounder for a guard, he's a good passer and an excellent penetrator. He'd be a star in any era.

They beat a Cleveland team missing Irving and Love in 2015 and then lost to that same team in 2016 when Irving and Love were healthy.

They wouldn't be the same team without Durant. Durant is the only guy on that is a matchup problem for just about anyone in the league. They recruited him by all accounts.

He makes the game so much more easier for the other guys on that team.

just saw the score, didnt see the game. looks like they did a good job not making the refs decide the game. guess that's a constant pattern w/ the nba. after a controversial game where it's obvious that the game was managed ,the next game is a blow out so people can forget.

Yup, typically modern day burrito ball crap. Ground "around" challenges instead of through them. That is why nobody respects the league anymore.

Should have lost to OKC too. That team wasn't as dominant as it appeared at the time.

So with less than 4 mins left in the 2nd quarter, LeBron misses a layup and does a Harden with the slow walk down the court and fails to get into the Warriors offensive end? I hate that shit.

Jordan at age 35 averaged 38 minutes per game. You're going to be gassed digging yourself out of this argument you tried to start.

And btw, that was when they played real ass defense in the NBA, not this modern day burrito ball crap

You're throwing bouquets at him because he scored 33 points on 26 shots (44% from field). You are aware that Lebron scored 51 points on 32 shots (59%from field) in game 1, yes?

Actually, Durant and Thimpson were both more efficient than Steph as well.

This is the problem with you LBJ guys. Everything is black and white. Steph would win 20 games when teamed with Love Thompson JR Korver and George Hill? You’re out of your fucking mind on this topic at this point. That’s a 50-55 win team in the East.

Leash, please stop acting like the Jordan apologists have a monopoly on dumbass statements while continually ignoring our friend vegan.

They're so fucked. LeBron should have never went to Miami. It made it ok for other super teams to form and now it's biting his ass. If he stayed with cleaveland he would have attracted better players by now and other teams wouldn't have colluded against him as bad. I have no sympathy for him, but it's sad the league is so predicatble the last decade.

Lebron doesn't deserve any sympathy. Just like his last stay in Cleveland he put this team together. He couldn't play nice with Kyrie.

Possibly yes but there was some uncertainty in the Conf finals this season. Injuries determined the outcomes more than roster engineering.

The NBA does have a problem if this continues though.

Lebron picks his favorites and the team has to accept it. No one can convince me that J.R. Smith is better at basketball than Hood.

Jesus I never thought of it like that. Rodney Hood def needs to be seeing more minutes than JR.

Watching the espn app full court press watch party with the Lebatard show.

These guys are sitting here drinking tequila. Should get interesting by the 2nd half.

Clowning on Javele McGee at the moment.
