It's really disappointing to me that the "listener's hated race talk" reasoning has stuck as the reason Goff was fired when in reality it was because listeners hated the "fuck you" radio of the Dan Bernstein era. Goff and Spiegal were collateral damage. Bernstein is the one who really was clipped in all of this.

If all these people are such believers in the promise of sports talk radio that is first and foremost built around the liberal side of the culture war, they should do something about it. Come up with an executive summary, proof of concept, and start finding investors who will make that a reality.
