What obligation do the Spurs have to send Leonard where Leonard wants to go?

I agree, but I don't think they have to rush.

Seriously, can we allow for Thibs to win at least more than one playoff game in Minny before unzipping his trousers?

I don’t think it’s fair to blame him for not winning more than one playoff game this past year but I do think that gif is a fair reaction to veganfan’s nonsensical comment.

Same issues in Chicago, he's running that roster into the ground with too many regular season minutes. Wiggins has gotten worse under his watch, that team should have made ALOT more noise this year.

Wiggins always sucked. Don’t blame Thibs for that buster being a buster. Not right.

Wiggins was and is a better basketball player than Lonzo Ball who you think is a good player

I think that’s completely wrong. Wiggins sucks and is actively deterimental to teams. Ball is a good player and his net plus minus rating reflected that.

You found a silly stat which makes him look better.

Wiggins was a Rookie of the year while Ball couldn't even crack the first team.

Ball stinks.

Leonard could sit out next year with an "injury" if he doesn't go to LA.

None but it might be hard to get anything for him if he is perceived as a 1 year rental.

Boston has 3 first round picks next year, Ainge might pull this off and get Leonard

Boston definitely has the pieces to get it done but the "I'm only signing with L.A." stance taken by Leonard will make it difficult to get anything for him

I feel Bulls fans are building up this image of Zach Lavine in their heads and, as a player, he never will come close to fulfilling it. Next year will be his 5th season in the league, if superstar, or even all star was there, we would have seen it by now.

Lance to make her dance has also signed with the Lakers. Lance Lebron and Lavar.

All of us thought that about Paul George too last year. His recent move helps SA. But yeah it’ll still be tough to get max value.

He was starting to come around his last year in Minnesota before the injury. 24 games isn’t enough to get going after being out for so long. Plus, the chemistry was kind of wacky with everybody sitting and playing and playing and sitting. He’s not Kobe but he’s definitely a nice piece to whatever puzzle this is/becomes.

Lavine is a solid player. The Bulls miscast him as franchise type guy. He isn't that but as a 3rd option he can help you.

Meh, I kinda wanted to see the Bulls move him. He seems like a stat pad type player to me. But I dunno, last year was tough to judge him off of.

I’m not “resorting” to this. I already said why I think Kawhi is better than Durant when we last saw him healthy. I’m just trying to give you some friendly advice.

Already see one effect of Lebron signing with the Lakers. They resign KCP who just happens to be repped by Rich Paul.

You didn’t point out anything. You embarrassed yourself by using Kawhi’s rookie numbers in an analysis of who’s better right now. So now we’re here.

Well, at least you're finally admitting what this is really about, albeit by twisting some facts to fit your narrative. But some people have a hard time with being wrong. You'll get past it tho at some point I'm sure.

I think the whole league except for the Lakers and Leonard himself would love it if SA told him to fuck himself and sit out 2018-19 if he wants. Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram aren't going to carry them to any titles, might as well just keep him to send a message.

with all these 1 year deals just handed out it seems like LA is preparing to just wait the year to get Leonard as a FA. They didn't learn their lesson from Paul Goerge?

I don't know that this post means and said why I think Kawhi is better and it's backed up by the latest stats and matchups when both are healthy. You basically quit the conversation after that, which I don't blame you for. If you have something substantive to add feel free to actually contribute it.

Which makes little sense as well. By that time Lebron will be a year older. If this plan works Lebron will be 35 about to turn 36 at the earliest before they can play for a championship.

Really surprised that Lebron signed before seeing for sure what LA is going to do around him. Surely there must be some assurances of the fact that they are going to put other people around him.

It needs to be Kawhi. Cousins is not a good fit with Lebron IMO.

Cannot wait to see the show. Lavar, Lance, and Lebron lol

What I am starting to believe is that LeBron doesn't give a shit. If the Lakers put a championship team around him great, if not he doesn't care either. He just wants to live and work in Los Angeles. He's kind of throwing in the towel on his competitive career and wants to enjoy the social aspect of being an NBA star.

I dont know how he's going to feel about being on a team that flat-out sucks though. What's he going to do if its January and the Lakers are below .500 and clinging to playoff hopes? Has he ever been booed by his own fans before? I mean obviously Cleveland let him have it but he was wearing a different uniform. Night-in-night-out at the Staples Center getting shit on by fans who very much expected LeBron to carry them to a title and are very upset that he may not even get them to the playoffs (I dont care what FF says, this is a distinct possibility)...I think he's way to fragile to take that.
