Don't panic White Sox fans, but Eloy Jimenez has come out of the game today. He hurt something on his swing. Maybe a leg muscle. Tough to see. We'll show you on White Sox Post-Game Live.

Fulmer got his doors blown off again.

I’m not sure why they haven’t given Tyler Danish a chance. He’s throwing it pretty good.

Has there been any updates on the Eloy injury?

Article penciling in Madigral as the future leadoff hitter: http://www.dailyherald.com/sports/20180 ... the-future

If does not address the impact on Moncada who is looking less and less like the lynchpin of the rebuild that he was supposed to be.

Eloy Jimenez is becoming a fan favorite for White Sox fans and he hasn't even made it to the bigs yet so when the top prospect leaves a game with an injury, it's news.

Jimenez left Sunday's game for the Triple-A Charlotte Knights after his second at-bat. He appeared to be in some discomfort running after taking a swing that resulted in a fly out.

Jimenez singled and scored in the first inning without any visible issue. In his second trip to the plate he was the final out of the inning and was pulled before the start of the next inning.

For now, there's no word on the severity of the injury.

Jimenez is hitting .293/.383/.463 in 19 games with the Knights since getting promoted from Double-A Birmingham. Impressively, he has struck out just five times in 47 plate appearances in Triple-A.

The 21-year-old was off to a solid start with the Knights, continuing to stay on pace for a 2018 debut with the White Sox. This injury could affect the timetable of his promotion if it keeps him out for a while. It could also be precautionary. White Sox fans will await the news with bated breath.

Seems reasonable. I'll pencil him in for a few all star games, just no mvps yet

By few you mean 8 or so. Not predicting more than 10-yet.

Eloy out 2 weeks with a sprain in his left abductor muscle.

Robert out 4-8 weeks with a moderate sprain to a ligament in his left thumb.

Robert seems pretty soft. Hopefully that will change as he gets older.

Eloy can still come up in Sept.

Something tells me, Robert hasn't been taught how to play baseball. I don't think he is soft, I think he goes 100% of the time and might be injury prone.

The best part is him playing CF.

We all knew it was gonna happen. I never bought into the idea that it mysteriously healed.

Does anyone know if he has a future at the position?

There is literally no limit to Luis Robert's ceiling.

I'm starting to lose faith in your predictions. Forgive me if I don't fall in love with Luis Gonzalez.

Yea Robert is off the board because he literally cannot stay healthy. Sorry I couldn't foresee that.

Retard.

I think he just needs to be taught not to go 200mph all the time.

I'm appreciative that they got this much out of him this year where he showed sustained progress. Now he will be back in May and hopefully keep the good times rolling.

He was injured a couple times last year at the time when you said he had no ceiling. He was literally communicating to you he can't stay healthy.

At least we're not yet at the All Star break. That Giolito Cy Young prediction may still break your way.

In addition to Eloy being hurt..Kopech has an era over 4 in AAA..the plan is falling apart, IMO. Like I said, Hahn is a wannabe Theo. Sorry guys.

 But the guy who just got his ERA to 3.9 did cost the Cubs best hitting and pitching prospect.
