I know the kid said he would do whatever they asked him to do, but you just can't tell me the way the whole thing was handled didn't effect him.

He is playing down to his compention, once he masters LF, we will have a gold glove, silver slugging all star.

Fields had plenty of things to work on to be a good MLB player. Pitch selection was one of those items.

Looks like he has some things to work on to be a minlor league player too, but I do agree that whole Crede thing had to mess with him a little.

I'm kind of in agreement with dolphin though, I think he has a bit to still work out. Unfortunately I think these things would be be worked out in Chicago.
