Bucks were a bad defensive team. I think they tried to scapegoat him because they knew he was a goner. Milwaukee got back in that series once he began playing more. So the play him less pronouncement was essentially proven wrong

There are a ton of metrics and videos out there that show him as a horrific defender. Like I said I hope he is re-invigorated, but it does not sound like he cares about anything other than his next shot. It works if you are Steph Curry, but he's the greatest shooter in NBA history.

If he's putting up 30PPG and 50%FG then he can ignore defense. If he's scoring 17 and his opponent is consistently putting up 25, he sucks. No ifs ands or buts about it.

I just named about 6 horrible defenders and stopped after that. Karl Antbony Towns stinks as well as FF's Favorite player (Talk about your all time favorite WYC?)

There are videos out on a lot of players including the last 3 winners of the MVP award. Stuff means nothing.

Jabari was brought in to score the ball. If he can get 22 to 25 per no one will care about that. He definitely is capable of doing just that.

So if he scores more than he ever has in his career? I would say that he was brought here to, hopefully, win. And if they win, and he plays well it will not matter. I do think his length should be helpful. This should be a very good rebounding team, and if he is strong there it should help with the defensive metrics.

This is, of course, another concern. I also don't know what the line-up will be. I would like to seen Carter start, but what to do with Lopez?

Also, Parker might be ideal as scoring punch off the bench. A Jamal Crawford type, which would help his knees. But if he is getting paid $20 million he is not coming off the bench.

The Bulls are interesting again at least. I hope they can make the playoffs. Would be fun to see them in a series vs. the 76ers or Celtics.

That is why I used the wordCapable He avg 20 per game as a No 2 option. Certainly plausible to think he can avg 22 at least.

The Bulls have had terrible offenses since Hoiberg has been here and the main reason is that they have had terrible offensive players. Jimmy Butler wasn't one of them but Jabari Parker is infinitely more talented offensively than Butler. He is a legit No. 1 option type of player offensively.


They had to improve their offense and with a full season of Lavine and Parker they have done that.

Lavine is cool as a 3rd or possibly fourth option. Thats what should be on this roster. They miscast him as a No. 1. Markannen 2. Lavine shouldn't be any higher than 3 and when it shakes out i have him 4 or even 5th.

If Paxson is Smart he deals Holiday and Lopez for some solid bench guys. That damn Felicio Contract will haunt them but Asik can be bought out after the season.

They might be getting good soon. All of their players (core) 24 and under.

3 more years at 8 per year. Currently out of the rotation. On second thought it may be best to simply let Lopez walk and free up Space from He and Asik. The Bulls have about 35-40 mil per year tied up in the Center position alone.

That Felicio contract made zero sense. Who were they even bidding against? It's the same as how they gave Hoiberg a 5-year deal, when not one other franchise in the league was even interested in hiring him.

Where they trying to use him as an example of a win? They found this guy and turned him into a player. In my few times seeing him play it seemed like he was a tall athletic guy playing basketball rather than a player with any basketball skills.
