Vegas over/under on win total for them right now is 27.5. Just giving money away. They are almost certainly going to improve their record from last season.

Yeah I really don't understand that number. Especially in the weak East.

East may be weaker than the West, but who besides Cleveland didn't get better in the East?

Bulls should improve with good health and Carter, but how many teams who were already ahead of them also got better? Pretty much all of them.

I think the Bulls got substantially better and likely healthier.

Sure, overs hit all the time but those numbers are rarely off by a substantial amount.

Nas, who you got as your 8 playoff teams in the East?

Boston
Toronto
Philly
Indiana
Milwaukee
Washington

I think those 6 are above everyone else. Then you got all these teams that finished ahead of the bulls last season fighting for 2 spots..

Miami
Charlotte
Detroit
Cleveland
NY
brooklyn

Where do you see the Bulls on that list? Cleveland is the only team there that got noticeably worse. Charlotte lost Howard so they might be worse (or better), Miami seems stagnent. NY will be without Porzingus for a lot of the year if not all of it.

Brooklyn will be a lot better with good health. Detroit has a full year of Blake Griffen.

I think they are better than every team below your top 6, and I can see Washington and Toronto falling pretty hard depending on what happens with each team.

Boston, Philly and Toronto are the only teams that I am completely confident are better than the Bulls. There is no question in my mind that a healthy Bulls team will make the playoffs as a 5th-7th seed.

I like the confidence but I think there are very few scenarios in which the Bulls are better than Milwaukee or Indiana this year.

If Kawhi never plays for Toronto I can see their entire season cratering and them finishing with like 30 wins.

I got them to be better than Milwaukee. Indiana is a solid team but the Bulls are more talented than they are.

I wonder how long it will be before Carter is inserted into the starting lineup. They are going to need him for Defensive purposes if nothing else. No way the Bulls frontcourt defends if their lineup is Lopez, Markannen, and Parker. They will need two above avg defenders in that starting lineup in order to be competitive.

The reason for that win total being so low is that the defense is potentially the worst in the league. Lavine and Parker are two of the worst defensive players in the entire NBA. Dunn and Lopez are only two players who will attempt to play defense in the starting 5 (and Lopez isn't really more than a big body).

They have added young talent which is encouraging and they may be fun to watch, but there could be a lot of 120-110 losses in this group.
