Mr. North, you are NOT paid to do sales. You are PAID to do a Radio Show, in case you forgot.

You choose to do sales and to be honest , it is not done to benefit the TEAM it is done to benefit YOU personally.

While we do not think you should ignore the sales side of things and we appreciate the help it is just not your job. You should inform a sales person of the lead and let them finalize it.

If I tell 5 people about your show, is it my audience now?

We would like to see you work on your show and how you are going to improve the lackluster daily recounting of what you did, ate and watched the night before, sporadically interrupted with misinformed facts and other bad ideas.

If you wish to run a radio station and do everything we suggest you buy one in Souix Falls with the millions you have made, otherwise, please don't take all the credit for doing everything and telling everyone how great you are. It is not professional or becoming of anyone.
