I agree. IF this guy has/had character problems in college that are significant, then clearly they should have not basically wasted a high number one pick on him. There were many other guys to select from, right? This shit should all have been figured out BEFORE the draft ever occurred.

Nobody knows if that's true yet but it's so unlikely I feel comfortable saying it's wrong right now.

He may miss week one. No guarantee he'll beat out Kwiatkowski either, but Trevathan is a ticking bomb with the injuries so he'll inevitably see the field one way or another.

This is finally good news. Don’t see him playing till the last 2 PS games tho. And I’m not 100% confident he’ll start until either the season opener or the final PS game.. but I think he’ll get the starting nod soon enough.


This aside, I’m still not crazy about the ‘talent’ Pace has drafted for this team. The Bears are still very thin on actual game changing talent.
