He dropped to about the same weight as me and I consider myself fat while he is considered skinny

My initial thought was had to be more than that. He looked close to three spins in some of his pictures if he had any height to him. Never struck me as short in the movies.

Very true. I assumed he was at his fattest when he had the heart attack but that doesn't have to be and appears not to be the case.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he had already dropped some weight before the heart attack. He was already looking slimmer back then.

He probably didn't weight himself pre grabber and by the time he was strong enough to do it post attack he had dropped some weight...not 50 pounds but you can lose 10-15 in the hospital if you aren't eating solids.
