The DB who screwed up the coverage on that 75 yard TD. How about Fangio, who again had no answer for the no-huddle,quick play offense. Somebody needs to send a message from ownership that shit like that just will not be tolerated anymore. It's inexcusable. Say what you want about the McCaskeys but they just finished handing out some major coin. They want results, not the "proud of our guys" bullshit I had to hear for the umpteenth time in my life as a Chicago fan.

Yes they should but Fuller is an $18m man who costs $4.5m against the cap for each year early they cut him. Fangio has always been like this and the Bears love him, so I don't expect this result to change anything.

They will try to make "positive changes" and spin it that way.

I was watching those shots of Virginia McCaskey last night in the booth and thinking to myself, this could be the proudest moment she's ever had as a Bears owner in her 95 years, to beat the Packers at Lambeau on opening night under a new coach with the whole world watching. And then to have to see it all slip away must truly have been heartbreaking for her. I feel bad for the lady, and so should all Bears fans.

I'm fairly certain they're just propping her up, Weekend at Bernie's style these days...

Did you hear that story last night on how Red Grange held her up to cover his face ? He was trying to avoid reporters at the train station and grabbed the 3 year old daughter of George Halas to hide his face.

Shouldn't the bigger question be, for a QB that was hurt and not mobile, why was there not pressure from up the middle to make him move?

It was pretty clear that he was dragging his leg when dropping back.
