The Raiders--with Mack--were not exactly world beaters last year. Would you say they would have only won 2 games without him?

I think that the Raiders pretty much threw the season by the offensive line refusing to block for their quarterback. They got him hurt.

It is also possibly significant that because Mack stood with his quarterback at that game while most of the team knelt that he was determined that he was not a team player?

He didn't shit the bed with 3+ interceptions in Green Bay. Cutler had at least 20 interceptions against the Packers.

When they had the lead (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky appeared to be hesitant to take risk. That's probably a good thing but I want my QB to not be afraid taking risks.

He didn't. His completion percentage was high and he threw a dart in the first half that only a handful of QB's could do. I need to see more redzone touchdowns instead of field goals though.

His throwing and decision making on the last two drives were very poor.

He looked unsure but was moving the ball. The last pass to Robinson should have been caught.

He also had any other passes that were dropped especially by the tight end on the play(s). HE also extended plays with his mobility and his runs.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky made some real nice throws in the first quarter. I wonder if those were scripted plays he already knew and prepared for all week.

The scary part is that one of these two things is true.
1) (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky isn't ready to throw it longer than 10 yards consistently.
2) Nagy is an idiot and played prevent offense in the second half because they were up by 3 scores.

So, either (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky sucks, or Nagy sucks, and maybe both do.

It's bogus for the amount of lateral and dump or screen passes he made. If you look strictly at his downfield throws into coverage, I bet his completion percentage was under 30%.

Throwing for only 171 yards is complete shit. That's what average high school quarterbacks or Fighting Illini QBs throw for.

He sucks.

Hard to imagine Dave Wilson once threw for 621 yards against Ohio State.

It was pretty much two games out there. A first half where the offense was good and a second half where Nagy pretty much shut everything down. I still think that this game was on the coaches for not attacking the Packers defense as well as calling gadget plays on 3rd and short. I think, especially when you are on the road, that you knock your opponent out not try to sit on a lead.

5/14 to close out the game. He panicked when the Packers brought mild pressure, got happy feet in the pocket, and is incapable of reading coverage. He is a slightly more athletic version of Rex Grossman--but with less accuracy.

Taylor Gabriel had 5 catches for 25 yards, with a long of 31, if you can believe that.

He doesn't have the Grossman balls or moxie. "Fuck it, I'm going deep" was a thing for a reason. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is far more athletic than Grossman ever was and throws better on the run than any Bears QB has. He can't read a zone and was afraid to throw an interception. Those are big problems that hopefully can be fixed soon.

If I were the coach, my first play would not be some honorary T formation, it would be a fly pattern to Gabriel. A team would have to prove to me they could stop it because many of them cannot, including the Pack. They don't have the speed at their secondary corners to cover that pattern against him

Can’t throw to his left. That might be an issue going forward.

On a third down from the Packers' three-yard line, this play went for -minus five yards. Bonus points if you spot the open player....
