On a third down from the Packers' three-yard line, this play went for -minus five yards. Bonus points if you spot the open player....

That has to be fake

No, it's real.

I mean, that is a split second and its something that happens to every qb but it just looks bad.

Not that in a split second QBs miss things but he appears to be 15 yards away from everyone else. How does that happen?

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is myopic?

He also missed Kevin White wide open.. He's too jumpy, stand in the pocket, quickly survey the field and throw the fucking ball downfield.

Mahomes looked great btw.

In (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's defense, he probably thought White was standing on the side line.

Mahomes has over a year in the offense and most of the players around him have even more experience. That helps

Yeah, Burtion is open when you watch the replay at full speed, too.

Also, this mistake followed (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's inaccurate pass to Robinson on the previous play.

Same old Bears, same old quarterback suckfest.

I guess his getting happy feet is better than throwing picks.

Made the mistake of listening to LoHo yesterday. Ranting and raving about how people can't criticize (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky objectively.

"Should I treat him like an NFL QB, or a 6th grader?"

I would be interested in hearing him talk about anyone like they weren't a sixth grader.

If that is real, he could have walked into the end zone.

How much of this talk of him being uncertain or having happy feet has to do with his getting used to the way Nagy has the RPO thing going?

Honestly from watching interviews the last two years and watching how he plays, I think he might be too smart. He thinks too much. To be a good quarterback like Rodgers you have to be a little braindead

He's kinda dumb. But that's fine, Brady is dumb as hell too and he's the GOAT.

Um...…... Did aliens kidnap Green Bay's defensive linemen on that play? Where in the hell were they? :? :? :!:

Brady definitely isn't the brightest bulb in Frank's warehouse, but he's still a lot smarter than (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, who seems to be just barely sentient.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky sounds like he gets it. That's important for a football player. A Vanderbilt education doesn't get you the self awareness needed to be a good quarterback.

(Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky sounds like a monkey who's been coached to repeat the inane cliches spoon fed to him by inane coaches.

The only thing that worries me about Mitch, and to be fair it worries me a lot, is the scared look in his eyes.

...which translates to scared feet in the pocket. So far, he lacks poise when dropping back to pass, and I'm not sure that is easily learned.

He appeared to be scared to make a mistake. I blame that on coaching. That is what they did to Alex Smith. He appeared to be thinking a lot too. I blame that on inexperience. Both should improve by the 2nd half of the season. IF he hasn't improved in those areas by then I'll start to worry. I see no reason to now.
