I'm thinking the Bears could go 10-6 and could be a wildcard. It doesn't seem that far fetched based on their schedule.

The NFC is off to a weaker start than projected. They should be in the WC hunt for sure.

Can we at least make it to the bye week, Mini Draktka?

I thought the NFC was head and shoulders ahead of the AFC. That doesn't look accurate.

The defense makes it possible. But the Bears offense is going to have to start clicking a lot more too. If Mack gets hurt then I’d say there’s almost zero chance, hopefully we won’t have to find out.

Haugh just said on TV that after Arizona and Tampa Bay the Bears will be 3-1.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves after beating a depleted Seattle team at home. Tampa with Fitzmagic are in a different league this year, figuratively speaking.

I don't know how you chalk up a win at Tampa ahead of time after how they have played so far. I'll take 2-2

I agree. While I am encouraged by their play, this team is far from an elite team. They, including their coach, need to keep improving.

They play Tampa in Chicago. It's also a short week for the Bucs as they play @home against the Steelers on Monday.

I wouldn't chalk it up but I think our defense can get enough pressure up front to slow them down. Hopefully Fuller decides to earn his check that week. If that happens there is a chance we go into our Bye Week in first place.

They’d win the division with Kaep at QB.

I don't think GB is losing to Washington and Buffalo. First place by the bye week seems unlikely.

I think Washington and GB is a pretty even game. The Packers are not that good.

Week 5 against the Lions is trouble too. I like Alex Smith's chances against the Packers defense.

I think it is very possible the Lions do not win a game against a division opponent and go 0-6 against the NFC North. Not even because the rest of the division is just so good, the Lions just look terrible. The coach is already losing the team.

That would put me at least a couple of huge steps above you, dipshit

Green Bay will not make the play-offs. The Vikings are still the class of the division and will win it going away. Green Bay will be lucky to go 9-7. And if that Willis Reed impersonator folds up his tent as he probably will, the Pack will lack.

They'll be in the hunt for the playoffs in week 14. Which is something that they haven't been able to do for the last 4 or 5 years.

Just be in the race in December. That's cool for this year.

But I think they will be a wild card team. Vikings are gonna win the division.

If they stay healthy they are right there. The East sucks, the West is one team. The North and the South are both gauntlets from which two teams will emerge. Week 4 could be a really big game for the Bears.

Washington is going to have a big game offensively against the peckers.

Wildcard is looking like a lock right now. Might even take the division at 11-5.
