Make a tray out of tinfoil

Lay down two or three chicken breasts

Little salt and pepper

350deg for 30min

Let sit for 5min

Juiciest fucking perfect chicken. Every time no hassle. Throw tray away. All these years trying to pan cook wtf

Chicken breasts should be cut in half by laying it down on the board and cutting halfway up the breast through the middle. Put in a baggie with buttermilk overnight. From there on, cook them however you want and they come out awesome.
