Owner is nuts, but the GM did make some horrible moves. Ryan Anderson, bad move. Trading away your unprotected FRP in 2021 (the year the one and done rule is supposed to go away) = REAL BAD.

Bridges trade and Ariza signing also questionable.

All great points. The timing of this is just stupid though. Why did they let him have another draft and a summer of free agency? They should have just shit-canned the guy at the end of last season.

the draft was a no brainer since they were picking #1 and Ayton was the easy choice. But, I agree, the timing is odd. Why let him make any moves in free agency if you are thinking of firing him?


One argument is that this is the perfect time since he has lots of time to figure things out before trade deadline and next year's draft.
