Howard hasn't been good this year and he may not be worth a 6th round pick in the offseason if his production isn't better.

What if the trade messes up the locker room? What if Cunningham flops as a between the tackles back and you can't run the ball for shit in December? You willing to take that risk with what is on the line this year?

Howard hasn't been productive and has already shown that he's going to behave like a diva even when the teams wins by 90 points. For the right offer you have to make the deal.

I don't know how you call a player a malcontent and bad team guy if he simply wants to play more. I'd be more worried if he was okay with not playing.

I also think that it is way too early to say that the BEars should or shouldn't trade him. Fans talking about a Super Bowl right now is way too optimistic. One game at a time, boys. One game at a time. This team has not proven itself as yet.
