after a shaky start, the defense started playing tighter and to keep the redskins under 20 was unexpected. it's kind of a shame they have a bye week now because they're starting to turn it on. having ingram back really improves this team.

sure, the refs knew what kind of night this was and they certainly favored brees and whatnot. but besides it being brees' night, the defense held up well.

hoping lattimore can be back for the ravens game, if it's just a concussion protocol.
