This Ben Simmons guy looks like he has potential.

There won't be enough balls. Tatum shouldn't take a backseat to anyone though.

I hope he never makes a 3. I actually think he may never make one too. That shot is so flat i can't ever see him making one unless its an end of the quarter heave.

Not being able to make 3's won't prevent him from being a great player. He is so good to great at everything else that it won't matter.

Needs to mix in more Lebron to become The Guy.

I said this last year. Despite being on Embiid's team I think developing reliable post up moves is most crucial to his development. It seem to me that adding a 3 point shot is just NBA Twitter nerds fantasizing and not realistic to his development.

I agree. He has the athleticism and quickness to be dominant if he develops a move and a counter move. It helps late in the 4th and the playoffs.

Agreed
The worst thing that he could do is start forcing 3's just to prove a point. What i like about him is that he plays to his strengths and knows where to get his game off.

He is constantly playing downhill as he should with the length and athleticism that he has. Might be the fastest guy in the league in line to in line. It would be stupid for him to start forcing 3's

Paul George and Durant or locking up tonight. OKC as stated earlier will be one of the surprise teams in the league this year.

Saw them in the preseason and was impressed. Interesting to see what happens once Westbrook returns.

They look better without Westbrook.

Yeah that is what is going to make it interesting. Ball movement is much better with Shroeder running the team.

Westbrook is going to have to get away from playing hero ball. If he doesn't they are doomed. There is some good talent on this team.

Thunder are taking a page out of the Pelicans playbook by pushing the ball right back at G.S.

Diallo could be an intriguing rookie for OKC

OKC might be the most athletic team in the NBA.

Orlando. But I guess it doesn't count if you can't do much with your athleticism.

G.S. killing them on the offensive boards. OKC initial D good but the weakside rebounding has been bad.

Kenny, Chuck & Shaq saying this Warriors team would win 78+ games if the regular season were all they had to worry about.

His inability to shoot the 3 I think will call him Tragic...… a shame he can't shoot the three :(

Yep. Now you're all in on Boston when just last year you proclaimed the Irving trade to be a failure for them.

You're running from the Wolves after saying Philly would never be better than them.

Still claims that the Tank job is a failure even as Philly is no worse than a 3 seed in year2. And you think you know sports.

Last year was the first year that the two main guys played together. I'm wondering how its year 6 when Ben Simmons was drafted two years ago?

Explain to me a way that they could have been better without tanking?

Do you want me to name the teams that they have bypassed that didn't tank?

Its silly to consider tanking to be a failure at this point. Philly's tank job was a ringing success.

They are relevant again as a result of tanking. Thats all that matters. They are a top 5 to 7 team after people on here namely you and others like Walt lambasted them for it.

They've been tanking for like 6 years. You don't get to call it year 2 just because they finally got good a year ago from all the tanking.
