Because 30's and younger, can't handle criticism and need a controlled environment full of fan boys/girls who say they are awesome and boost their ego. Not smart enough to figure out criticism of your craft can only help you get better and keep you employed. (Yes, I am talking to you Jason)

Caller Bob, that's a swing and a miss on your part. Nothing was staged. I don't know of one memorable sportsradio pillow fight that WAS staged. We're not a stable lot... emotions and egos make those on-the-ledge moments happen sans script.

Posting here prolly doesn't help the perceived brands that young on air talent are trying to build for themselves. To be associated with some of these threads could potentially hurt working relationships or job prospects if brought to light.

Mac is old, established, and has enough humility/DGAF about him to take the plunge.
