Generally speaking the era in a some form of tribal libertarianism actually existed in something resembling the form you envision it was called the Dark Ages. Nobody wants it. I would say you have a combined million or so across the entire anglophone new world who actually want libertarianism. Its a stillborn ideology in this day and age.
