As someone who greatly dislikes both of them, Paul and Rondo fighting was hilarious. Two of the biggest assholes in the league going at it. Shoutout also to Ingram for kicking the whole thing off after having enough of Harden and then being the one Laker coming back to defend his teammate's honor.

Also Mayweather loving it makes it even better.

Disagree. Rondo and Paul handled it like men. They squared up and threw punches. No problem with what either of them did.

Ingram however is a little bitch..He was mad because his skinny ass was too weak to stop Harden from bully balling him nto the stantion. That is what that was about. He took it as a shot at his manhood. It was a bitch move to push Harden from behind in the first place then an even bigger bitch move to come in throwing punches once the fight kicked off.

I wouldn't expect James to go against the grain and fight one of his best friends in the NBA. In fact there was no need for anyone to jump in as it was two guys of about equal size fighting. Let em go and may the best man win.

They both as we used to say "handled their business". Neither has anything to be ashamed of. Looks like Rondo got split a little bit though. When he was walking to the locker room it looked like he was tending to a cut.

Spitting on someone isn't a manly act...I hate Rondo still

Rondo and Paul should have the same number of games.

I would've given 10 to Ingram, 10 to Rondo and 1-2 to Paul.

3rd man in throwing a sucker punch and spitting on a person are two of the worst things you can do in a sporting event. Paul is the victim here who acted justly in the heat of the moment after getting spat on.

No proof Paul was spat on. There is proof that he as ate a vicious straight left. No disagreement on Ingram. I'm not sure what the hell was wrong with him.

Nuggets with the best team defense in the NBA so far after a week. My guy Jokic averaging a cool 26-10-7 and playing by far the best defense of his young career.

During the Bulls' broadcast, the announcers were showing the stats of how much scoring has been up. In a Bernstein-esque thought, I wondered if there is a market inefficiency for a team to try and play defense to counter these crazy high scores. Maybe it's impossible with the rule changes. But still I wonder if a less talented team could focus heavily on defense to be competitive.

Jazz and Spurs had some success last year playing like this, but in the playoffs you still need to be able to score with the big boys. Denver can do that though, if they can be a top 10-12 defensive team they are going to be really dangerous.

In this era I think No. Actually had this discussion with known basketball sage IMU about 3 years ago. Told him that it is an offensive league and he said that it wasn't. You have to guard but you don't necessarily have to "stop" teams in order to win. If you put a mid tier defensive team out there and a top flight offensive team you can win games. If you have a top tier defensive team and a crappy offensive team then you can't. The Days of winning games by scoring in the 90's are over.

I'm excited for this Denver team. Hope they can stay healthy. Jokic looks better than ever.

fake news. He clearly took a peek and correctly read the play the guy with the ball was going to make before he turned his head and dove to the spot he assumed the ball would go. Brilliant play, but I don't agree with the idea this tweet is pushing that he just randomly dove and stopped a pass he had no way of knowing was about to happen.

BTW, this is my first time ever seeing Kawhi play. Didn't start following NBA again till last till Lonzo arrived and Kawhi was out all year pretending to be hurt. Watched a few of his games this year and he is quite impressive. I see what all the fuss is about. Glad I picked Toronto to win the East, I'm pretty confident that's going to happen now.

He was no worse than the 3rd best player in the league a few years ago. I don't want to be hard on LeBron but it looks like Father Time is about to dethrone him.

Lakers finishing strong. The young bulls really stepped up. Stephenson did too.

Knicks up 9 on GS late in the third. Clippers outplaying the Rockets and up by 11 right now. Interesting early season struggles for both teams.

I really like this Mavs team. Really bright future once they can replace Barnes cap space with an actual max guy.

Rockets might be in trouble. 2-8 in the West looks to be wide open. Jazz could be a 2 seed.

Yeah Julius Randle Is a baller. He was a steal at 9 mil a year. He is one of the players most hurt by the whole "stretch" this "stretch" that thing. Not a 3 point shooter but he makes plays and he goes to the glass. He has impact when you watch him play.

I watched that Warriors-Knicks game, that was crazy how that game ended up, Knicks up about 5 with 10 minutes to go, the Durant takes over and all of a sudden, Warriors up 20.

The coolest one was, Durant was just throwing everything in, then tried a 3 from about half court, misses, the ball comes right to a wide open 3 for Curry, swish.

True on the Rockets, I also want to see how they play when they get everyone healthy too, they were right there with the Clippers last night, looked and down about 3 getting to late 3rd, the the Clippers took over to make that one a blowout.

Good games tonight. Pelicans- Jazz. Jrue Holiday is one of the more underrated players in the league.

Lakers- Spurs.

yeah I am pretty excited about Donic. Looks to be the perfect guy to take the torch from Dirk. He looks to be the best player in this draft.

Your point? He isn't a better player than either. He can make as many 3's as he wants and he still will never be an All Star.
