Gruden is an genius and the Raider organization is worse. This team at the beginning of last season was one of the best teams in the entire league. But they allowed themselves to be torn apart with dissension about the anthem and got their quarterback hurt. This was a self imposed fatality compounded by hiring a terrible piece of shit head coach in Gruden. All Gruden did was take the easy way out. Lets get rid of our best players and give me 3-4 years in LA and Vegas. "Chuckie" sucks and always has.

3rd game this year Mitch has posted a QB rating of 100 or higher and the 3rd game out of the last 4.


He’s coming along fine. He’ll get more consistent and more savvy dealing with defensive fronts/looks as well as a better feel for the weapons surrounding him. Arrow is pointing up right now with Mitch. Nice to see it.

He is having trouble with many of his vertical throws. To me, that is basically touch on the ball. He just has not learned the speed or lack of it with his receivers well yet. But the crossing stuff and diagonal throws he does well. There is no question about his arm strength. It is fine.

I also like his ball fakes and commitment to take off and run. There is no hesitation. He is strong and fast and has kept a lot of drives alive with his escapability factor.

I was in there shoes once with regards to McCarthy. Denial is more comfortable than truth.

He's an idiot. Most of (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's touchdown passes aren't screens and (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky couldn't throw a touch pass if his life depended on it. Even if someone isn't watching the games there are stats that show (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky has been running at the right time and you can watch actual video of his touchdowns.
