College basketball kicks off 11/6 and this year the opening night is quite impressive. At least 6 interesting games on TV that night.

6:00 ESPN = #1 Kansas vs #2 Kentucky
6:00 ESPN2 = #8 UNC @ Wofford (Wofford upset UNC last year at UNC)
8:00 ESPN2 = Florida vs #17 Florida State
8:30 ESPN: #4 Duke vs #10 Michigan State
9:30 ESPNU = Western Kentucky vs #25 Washington (WKU has a top 10 freshman, Wash has possible PAC12 POY)
10:00 CBS Sports = BYU vs #7 Nevada

CAN'T FUCKING WAIT!!!

Remind me what day the NCAA Tourney starts. We take half days for that.

 I am looking for them tipping off the season. You have really become a college basketball fanatic. Who will you fall in love with this season
like Trae Young from last year?

I'll catch Duke on the replay. Job doesn't let me stay up late...

Do the Illini have any shot at relevance this year?

Does DePaul have any shot at beating a high school team this year?

Who knows? that's what I love about it. This time last year I didn't even know who Trae Young was. 2 years ago I "discovered" Lonzo Ball early in the season. 3 years ago was a little different as I planned on following Jalen Brunson at Nova since he was a local kid.

I'm really excited because one of my two main teams (DePaul and LSU) is actually going to be good this year. LSU has possibly the best returning sophmore in the country in Tremont Waters plus they added Naz Reid, McDonalds AA game MVP and a few other top freshman. They have a top 5 nationally ranked recruitng class.

Carson Edwards pre-season National Player of the year by most outlets. i still remember when he was a freshman and you said he could be a all american one day and I scoffed at that. Props to you for that of course.

Unfortunately, he doesn't have the team around him that he's had the past couple years, but they still should be ok. Indiana should pass them this year though, get ready for Romeo Langford. Stud freshman at IU.

Illinois is terrible again this year.

DePaul will also be terrible, but have surprised a lot of people with some really stellar 2019 recruiting. Already a couple 4 star recruits and a 3 star. Pretty loaded for DePaul.

Yup. They have talent but a lot to figure out. If Carsen stays next year look out.

I caught a good portion of the first half of Loyola yesterday. They look like they got better even with the loss of three significant seniors. I really like what I saw from the freshman. It looks like they will not be as reliant on Custer at the point with Burjdoso backing him up. They also have a lot more size now. They still have the stream of athletic 6'4" guys but now they can throw another talented 6'9" behind Krutwig. This team will be making noise once again.

Typical lawer response, put the blame on someone else.
