Bears should at the very worst 8-4 going into the Rams game in December. I can see the Vikings being 7-4-1 and the Packers being 5-6-1.

Lions on Thanksgiving is a tough place to play

My least optimistic projection is 8-8.

Just looking at the standings. I can’t nail down a bottom 10, but a bottom 8 was easy enough.

NY Giants 1-7
San Francisco 1-7
Oakland 1-6
Buffalo 2-6
Arizona 2-6
Cleveland 2-5-1
NY Jets 3-5
Tampa Bay 3-5

And the Bears have 6 of these butt teams on their schedule. Things worked out nicely this year.

I'm just so happy we're gonna be playing meaningful games in late December. We've been out of the playoffs by November for the last 4 or 5 years. Some years earlier then that.

I guarantee you the NFL will flex Rams @ Bears to Sunday night. That's December 9th.

Might as well sticky this thread for at least the next couple of weeks.

Yup

When the Pats beat the fudge Packers tonight, the NFC north will get decided on what the Bears do against the Vikes and the Lions. Its going to be a fun second half of the season.

Depends how many prime time games the Rams have had. There is a limit.

I have to hand it to Pace. He has turned this roster around despite his swing and misses. They have some good young players on this roster.

He really did. The fact that they have no starters over 30 tells me that this may be the start of something special.

The best part is, many are only going to get better. We ain’t seen nothing yet.

The kids can play.

The Bears have done what good teams do to bad teams over the past three weeks. That's not to be taken lightly as past teams would have made these last three weeks difficult.

Now the fun starts

I worry about the Vikings off of the bye. They're 18-10 historically after their bye. The good news is that they're 1-4 against the Bears.

I like the fact that Nagy opened up his playbook a little more and that will give the Vikings something new to look at. Mitch has shown he can play well. We need him to do it against a great defense and in a big game. We also need to see the defense play play well against a potentially explosive offense.

I'm excited about Sunday night. I've missed these types of games.

The Bears will only have 2 potentially cold games before the season ends. Even if the running game isn't great it shouldn't be a big deal going foward.

The cold is not as big of an issue as holding on to a lead late in the game.

The passing game and a timely scramble from Mitch has been good enough. Nagy just has to trust him more. The Bears probably beat the Dolphins if he does. I think Mitch has earned it now.

That too. I had no confidence in Parkey before he season started though. He was the guy who I thought would be an issue.
