I hope the Vikings have the same kind of malaise that the BEars had when they came off of their bye week. The Vikings are still the class of the division so it will be a tough game to win. But with Mack back, I think the Bears will win.

Bears: 28

Vikings: 17

It's the biggest game at Soldier 2010 NFC champ?

2012 they got 10 wins, but weren't a playoff team.
They win Sunday and hard to see a scenario they don't grab at least a wildcard.

Biggest game since Trestman's first year- 2013- when the Bears allowed three 4th down conversions to the Packers on their final drive.

I've managed to completely erase that from my memory.
Chris Conte never existed.

At least Nagy was nice enough to let GB just get one long ass touchdown to win the game in his first game with the Bears. No need to sweat out 4th downs.

If they lose the game, they can still recover and make the playoffs. Sadly, it is probably the biggest game in a while, but that is simply an indictment of how bad they have been.

Now the Packers are just forfeiting the game on Thursday. Will Cobb ever be healthy?

Almost inbred-looking.

It just doesn't give the appearance that he has any sort of intelligence necessary to be elite.

Forfeiting? You must not be paying attention to GB. MVS is a better player than Cobb right now. They will not miss Cobb at all. GB's been one of the luckier teams health wise this year. It's not really a concern when guys who aren't among the 25 best on the team miss games. If guys like Rodgers, Adams, Jones, Clark, Daniels, Alexander, Bakhtiari, etc started missing time they might be in trouble.

The Packers are struggling despite Rodgers appearing to be at his physical and mental peak.

2011 is peak Rodgers. He's not close to that version currently. It appears they need to start running the offense through Aaron Jones more.

Wow. I guess that Minnesota doesn't have anything to worry about then?

Packers are headed for a quick descent. They really are not a good football team. Nice to see. Their next loss will be to the Seahawks.

They can do the quickest turnaround in history by shit canning that fat fuck McCarthy.

I don't think so. They really are hanging by a strong thread called Rodgers and he is even not the player he once was. They really do not have much talent around him. The Bears are on a great ascent and the Packers are doomed to fight it out for last place for years. Minnesota can still win the division this year. In fact, they actually might be favored to win it? They are a really legit team but I think that the Bears are on a better tract with their team, so we will see.

Funny shit. Generally, people talk about having their "eyes wide open" when they make decisions do they not? Ever look at Rodgers eyes? Does he not "see the field well"?

Also..... what in the hell does "inbred-looking" mean? Come-on. Try to be serious, please. To ascribe a loss of intelligence on the part of the Bear's quarterback due to your assessment of his eyes is HILARIOUS.

He looks more like a UFC fighter than an NFL quarterback.

It is going to be a tough two games for the Bears. Think of it. They play Monday night and then have to turn around and play on Thursday morning. That is TOUGH. I think that they have to focus on Minnesota as their first priority. Beat them and hope you can recover to play well against Detroit. IF they come off 2-0 in that then it will be terrific but I would be okay if they go 1-1 in the process and can tend their wounds coming out of it.

We are all excited and rightly so but this is their toughest part of the schedule and it is not an easy one. As I see it, if they can go 3-2 over their next five games, they have done well.

The Vikings have a tougher schedule the rest of the way. A win Sunday night and the Bears will be in GREAT shape to win the division. They need to play their best game of the season.
