Expect a lot of Jordan Howard in this game. Short slants and some Nagy trickeration should be enough to get the job done with Daniel and this monster defense. Mack gets 2 sacks team gets 8 sacks overall and forces 5 turnovers. Daniel with a decent stat line for a back up 2 TD passes.

The Lions losing Kerryon Johnson is as big of a blow as the Bear losing Mitch. There is also a strong chance they will be without Marvin Jones. Add these to the Tate trade and the team is denuded of their offensive talent.

Where do the points come? The Bears can double Golladay and make some chump player beat them

On the other side of the ball the Lions three best players Ansah, Slay and Robinson are hurt.

The Bears are officially listing (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky as doubtful for Thursday's game against the Lions, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.

Though initial reports suggested the Bears were optimistic (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky would recover from the right shoulder injury he sustained in Sunday's win over the Vikings to start on a short week, the quarterback's outlook took a turn for the worse after he failed to practice Tuesday. Rather than potentially expose (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky to a more significant setback by allowing him to play through the injury on Thanksgiving Day, it appears the Bears are now leaning toward holding him out for the first time all season. That would pave the way for Chase Daniel to make his third NFL start as part of what will likely be a run-heavy game plan. It's expected the Bears will promote Tyler Bray from the practice squad to provide additional depth behind Daniel with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky likely to be included among the team's inactives.

Chase was a great signing. He will perform just fine. Knows the offense better than Mitch and is a better passer at this point.

Announcers last week jinxed the Bears when they put up the graphic that Mitch’s 22 straight starts was the longest for a Bears QB since Harbaugh in 91-92.
