I wonder if the driver is in Hell or if he somehow lucked out and made it to Purgatory? No way he gets to heaven unless there is serious grade inflation going on. In my day, you actually had to be good to get into Heaven, and pretty damn good for Purgatory.

COPS episodes from Oregon and Washington were always enjoyable TV filled with meth, 4 wheelers and logger truckers picking up some hooker and losing money
