The numbers are dropping and he has been shitty in 6 out of the last 7 games.

Jeremy Lin is clearly the better player but they have to play given the hype. Lin is stealing minutes by the game as they tend to get the doors blown off when young is in the game.


Trae Young is about their 5th best player. Thats on a shitty team. Might be worse than that.

I think coming off the bench for a little different perspective would do him some good. Lin's a better player right now anyway, and as a coach, it's a mistake to ignore that.

I agree. His shot selection is horrendous and he plays shitty defense. He seems to want to play with the freedom that he played with in College and thats not going to happen in the league unless you are a phenom type of guy. He ain't that.

It's rare to see the passing instincts he has coupled with no instincts at all on the other aspects. I hope he's a hard worker because the copious amount of coaching and film work will be immense. Not to mention the weight room. For argument's sake, lets say he's a hard worker and coachable. It's 2-3 years before we see what he is.

I'm not saying he is a bust. I'm saying he will be one however. Too many holes in his game to be great or even good. First thing he needs to eliminate are those deep ass threes that he takes. He also needs to become a better decision maker. He turns it over far too often.
