I don't love PFF. I've critized that site more than anyone here. I mentioned Martinez's ranking there solely because you like to bring up PFF while also saying Martinez sucks.

Anyway, all you need is eyes to know Dix sucks. Stop having other people tell you your opinion Bob.

I think it’s similar to when Lovie got fired after going 10-6. There is an “eye test” that the team should be better given the talent it has. With Rodgers, the Pack should resemble a franchise more like New England, NO, or Pittsburgh.

I never called him a great safety. I said, correctly, that the Packers were not better by losing a starting safety.

In fairness to Lovie injuries killed that team. They started the season 7-1 or 7-2 and then Cutler broke his thumb and they couldn't overcome shitty QB play and Barber.

So would it better if the Pack beats Minny or if Minny beats GB and pretty much ends their season?

Minnesota beating GB. GB has an easy schedule the rest of the way.

7-3 and Cutler had 13 td and 7 picks. He was just handing the ball off. They went 3-3 after he got hurt.

Rodgers sucks and Dan Fouts wants his beard back. Rodgers already has enough beards he doesn't need that one as well.

That's what you get for $67M in 1 season. He quits on his team and family.

You may win the game, but you'll remember you played the Bears for the rest of the season.

Said the 1969 1-13 Bears. RIP Doug Buffone.

Yeah that’s getting tired quick. He’s played like shit more often than not this year.

I loved how McCarthy put the ball in Aaron Jones hands instead of Rodgers in a season deciding game.

Interesting long read on their issues: https://www.si.com/nfl/2018/11/29/green ... d-thompson

This part was pretty funny to me:
Quote:
Several sources familiar with the inner workings of the organization say that McCarthy hasn’t done much to keep things fresh and change things up from season to season, other than making changes to the practice schedule based on player input. McCarthy has tried some unconventional ideas occasionally, but they usually don’t stick. For instance, one former player recalls the year in OTAs when, after a season in which the Packers didn’t force many turnovers, McCarthy tested out a new drill where all 11 guys on defense had to touch the ball and take a chop at the ball carrier on each play. This quickly turned into madness—the ball carrier was held up at the line of scrimmage until every guy took his shot, or defensive linemen ran 70 yards downfield to get their shot.

What do you do about Rodgers? He's still has top 2 or 3 talent but he's a me guy.

That really is an interesting question. It would be a much easier answer if McCarthy wasn't such an obvious dope.

They don't have much choice but to try and find a guy that can bring out the best in Rodgers. Maybe some of the "me" factor will shrink with McCarthy gone. They should have seen this coming earlier.

Guy is sacrificing his numbers this year by purposely tanking so that GB will bring in a real head coach. He's doing this for the fans of GB because he knows they deserve better. What do you do about that kind of selfless leadership? You applaud and appreciate it as a fan.
