Entitled idiots are a favorite of mine and Yelp offers up nothing but the best. Really should be a running thread.

From a one star review for Skeleton Key Brewery in Woodridge:

Clearly they knew there were no gluten free options before they went because one of them had the presence of mind to bring a bottle of wine to the place. But that's not going to stop them from complaining about it online!

the Yelp! rabbit hole is one of my favorite pastimes. some of the reviews show such an entitlement it's hilarious.

but it's just a few college kids on campus...

Yelp reviews across the board are generally lower than google reviews for the same places.

Anybody know why this is?

for instance, look up any restaurant that has a 4.5 google stars. Now look it up on Yelp. Guaranteed it has only 4 stars.

This is across the board, any restaurant.

Why is this?

Are yelpers more honest? More negative? Is it a different audience that posts on yelp versus on Google?
