Defense couldn't get a stop and Chase couldn't catch a snap

Remember, Chase Daniel is the guy Nagy just had to have

He is the guy who knows this offense in and out

Odd play calling at the end there with so much shotgun.. especially with the bad snaps. Daniel is just bad tho and that is what it is. Can Tyler Bray play at all? If so, may want to move him to 2nd string because Chase doesn’t belong on a football field unless he’s holding a towel and squirting Gatorade into exhausted players mouths during timeouts.

Oh well, on to the Ram..

Knowing the offense may be helpful to (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky but he's not good running it.

Bad loss. It’s concerning that the D can’t stop the run and the offense can’t run the ball.

A comatose Eli Manning was beating them and would have won the game if there wasn't a drop in the endzone.

It was nice to see the team keep fighting to stay in the game when they could have mailed it in tho. Kind of a moral victory, but it’s good to know this team won’t fold.

More their running game, and OBJ td pass and Bears not covering OBJ on 4th and goal. Eli was not good today.

Hey buddy, where'd you play your ball?

Matt Nagy has forgotten more about offensive football than most people will ever know.

Unfortunately, one of the things he has forgotten is how to establish a running game.

Definitely frustrating.

OT, first play, Howard pounds for 7 yards. They could have handed him the ball 10 straight times. Giants aren't stopping him.

The D didn’t play very well. You let Manning stand in the pocket and pick you apart like it was ten years ago. Fangio doesn’t seem adjust very well. The lack of run stuffing concerns me more. You saw it in the Detroit game last week.

True. Probably just a mistake to rest Mitch. I guess this year I just have to trust them.

Azzerlli junior football circa 1976.

Hub is being an asshat as we speak.

They established the run today but the suckage of Daniel killed drives and once Fangio's defense continued their 2nd half suckage the Bears were forced to pass.

The O line and Whitehair’s shitty snaps didn’t help out much, either.

In all honesty after six months I can’t recall but I think I did. I can surmise though from a generous contract for an aging career backup that he was a priority

Yes to par two

The Bear had no clue how to run the offense in OT. Nagy trusted Chase too much to deliver when he showed consistently throughout the game he wasn’t going to. Hell, even Cohen had to throw the last TD lol

Nagy is young tho and learning on the fly. He’ll get better from being in games like this. I think the whole team will be better off in the long run from playing in close games like this.

He was signed to help teach the offense. He's done that.

They could've run more frequently and won the game.

Also, Tarik Cohen needs to stop running for the sideline like it's his security blanket. If he had turned up the field on a few plays, this game would have looked very different.

Who actually has a good backup Qb in the league? A third of the teams do not have a competent starter.

Yep, he needs to watch some highlights of Walter, my friend.

I agree with you on Cohen but the game would have been a blowout if it weren't for him. I'll give him a small pass.

Rbs stopped fighting for extra yards a long time ago. They are trying to get to a second contract and NFL teams don't pay many of them at this point.
