I have always liked this guy.

Great player and true pro.

Most people don't remember but he got a hit against Arrieta during his historical 2nd half of 2015.

It was impressive to me because it came in the first inning to right field. At a time when Jake was giving up nothing to anyone.

Also hit 2 homeruns in a wild slugfest at Wrigley Field in 2017. I think the final score was like 12-10. They came from behind and then Goldschmidt hit the winning homer in extra innings.

Ok so I was close. 10-8, hit the winning homerun in the 9th. Fun middle of the week game.
