LTG doesn't appear to be a football guy. I'm beginning to question if Badrogue is a Bears fan or if he just watches the games to see if (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky will suck. Where's Vegan? Where's WFR? JLN? Pasta? Tall Midget? Why aren't MANY celebrating a Bears division championship?

And where the hell is favrefan? Didnt he have wagers?

He's in hiding. Kinda pathetic that he doesn't have the guts to show his face after laughing at the Bears for years.

Well, he is a Packer fan.

MANY still protesting over the anthem issue.

JORR is protesting because it's a television show. Some are waiting for the Bears to fail before showing up. Sad!

I don't really watch football. From what I saw today, Mitch played well. Congrats ? on the division title .

That's fine. Separates the real fans from the fakes.

I was in the game thread earlier, but then I had to go to the Rush to meet up with a friend who flew in from New York because of an illness in the family. I can't be here all the time. But I am excited for the playoffs.

Watching this Rams game:

1. The bye is still in play.

2. The Bears beat this team at home, neutral, or in LA.

They did what they were supposed to do. Great to see. I've come around on their readiness to contend - they are ready. Beating up cupcakes for most of the season didn't really convince me of anything except that they weren't cupcakes themselves. But the Rams game and just seeing the vulnerabilities of other contending teams has pushed me over. It does scare me to think that at some point in an important game it will be on (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky to drive the team down the field in the fourth quarter. I don't like him...yet.

I'm a Bears fan. Lifelong. I can't sit through an entire football game though. Bores the shit out of me these days. Sportstalk radio oversaturation is what turned me off to it.

Happy for the Bears and the really hardcore fans though. They have suffered enough and deserve to see a team make the playoffs. Don't know how serious they are but whatever. Get there and see what happens.

Mitch has led 4th quarter touchdown drives to give the Bears the lead against Miami and yesterday but I don't have a lot of confidence in him to do that yet.

I don't know if it will carry over but (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's pocket awareness was phenomenal yesterday. If he could somehow take another step or 2 in the next few weeks I would feel really good about the Bears winning a SB.

Meatball prediction posted earlier in the thread aside, I was very surprised the Packers kept the game close. Packer offense was banged up and the talent gap between the defenses is enormous. Trubinksy's bum QBing is really holding this team back from winning a Super Bowl. Bears have one and done written all over them. Sad.

It was Green Bay's Super Bowl. It's not surprising they played their best game of the year.

A very shitty ROI from Aaron Rodgers. He got like $80M for the year and the Packers will be watching the playoffs from home.

He got them to fire McCarthy. It was arguably his second most successful year of his career. Money well spent.

He must also be trying to get Philbin fired.

Yes, presumably so. I'm sure he remembers how much of a disaster Philbin was in Miami. Showed just enough against Atlanta to let GB fans know next year will be fine.

The money they wasted on Rogers this year had a direct effect on the Bears being able to get Mack, instead of the Packers.

FUCKING GLORIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after the bears went up 21-14 the game was over. It's year 2 for mitchell and he's shown tremndous improvement over year 1. i've come around.... you will too soon. i suppose if he would have followed the arod path he'd have been on the sidelines for this game... and all of 2019.

Defense is legit. But the offense? Wooof. Pace needs to get a QB before the defense ages/prices out.

A really stupid fake punt call is the only reason this happened. This should have been a 21-6 or a 21-13 final.

Mitch is going to Kaepernick the competition in the playoffs. Mitch may have the arm of Chad Pennington and the brains of Devin Hester, but he's got world-class wheels. Run Forest! Run!

You’re trying way too hard. This is what happens when your lack of knowledge is combined with the painful emotions of a season lost.

Happy holidays!
