Saw this topic discussed on another board, but how do you guys rank the open jobs from most to least desirable? I have:

1. Cleveland- Dumb owner but everyone else looks competent and the most young talent on the list.
2. Green Bay- People can label Rodgers a diva if they want, but McCarthy's career indicates you don't even have to be particularly good at coaching to succeed with him. Also you get to play the Lions and Vikings twice a year.
3. Cincinnati- The con is that Mike Brown keeps you from having any kind of good scouting or facilities but the pro is Mike Brown probably gives you a lot of job security. Mixon and Green are nice pieces to have as well.
4. Tampa Bay- Atrocious defense and you're being ordered to play Winston for your first year, but still probably more attractive than the other jobs. The other teams in the South are probably about to get a lot worse too, especially if Brees rides off into the sunset this year.
5. Miami- Dysfunctional locker room but clearly better than 2 of the teams in the East and Brady/Belichick will eventually leave (right?)
6. Arizona- They've got Rosen and the first pick but they were so much worse than I was expecting this year that I have to conclude the roster is seriously flawed. Wilkes getting the hook this quickly might indicate they have unreasonable expectations.
7. Jets- The GM is a moron and will also likely be getting replaced by someone who will in turn want to bring in their own coach by the end of next season.
8. Broncos- Tough division, high expectations, and Elway is an idiot who unlike Maccagnan is basically not going to be held responsible for any of his own failures in the draft for at least another 2 or 3 seasons.

Gase is far from Miami's real problems. Shitty owner. Shitty football operation from top down. Joke of epic proportions.

Arizona should be in the top 3 and definitely ahead of Tampa, Miami, and Cincy. If they get the right guy in there they can make a big jump next year.

Why would anyone take that Tampa job if you have to start and even keep that sac of shit qb on your team?
