Wrong Leash. There can be a million different reasons but Mitch was not great today.

That's what I was saying at RTS...Bears fans have suddenly become extremely critical of the QB position.

The guy who played worse than him is being hailed for his penis size while Mitch is being derided because the kicker missed a chip shot

The guy who played worse than him went up against the best D in the league. Mitch played against an unremarkable defensive unit.

And put up 300 yards, a td and no turnovers on them as well as driving the team down for what should have been a game winning field goal

No apologies are needed for mitch.

Yes he does need to take a leap ahead next year. I expect him to just as he did this year

It’s been a banner night here at the CFMB.

He played pretty poorly. Those are just cherry picked stats, and yards are an almost irrelevant stat.

Complaining about (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky is dumb. The guy had a touchdown drive in the 4tg quarter to put the Bears in the lead. Then he got the Bears in FG range after getting the ball with 50 seconds left. That's what you want your quarterback to do in the 4th quarter of a playoff game. Nagy, the defense or (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky aren't responsible for this loss. This is 100% on Parkey.

Yards ain't shit, bro. So far at the very least (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky has demonstrated he isn't worth the price the Bears paid to acquire him.

Just saw a frame by frame on bleacher report. Eagles got fingers on the FG attempt.

You can complain about multiple things. I don't understand the whole "you can't complain about x because y was even worse!" (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky has to play better than that at home against a poor defense. I don't know how anyone could argue otherwise. The offense was horrendous in the first half.

Yep. He delivered them the opportunity to win. A 43 yard kick in decent conditions.

The ball was tipped?

They left points on the field. For an offensive minded coach the performance was disappointing.

The end is on Parkey but if the offense doesn't struggle against a shitty defense then it never comes down to him.

43 passes
16 runs

The Bears were never more than 4 points behind; no reason not to run the ball more.

Not sure who you're talking to, but the number 2 overall pick, with nearly two full seasons under his belt, must play better at home against a defense that you said all week sucked and a team that was supposedly afraid to come to Chicago. If the Eagles D was really that bad, the Bears should have put up 30 at home. They were also gifted a couple missed interceptions, including one that was thrown right to the Philly safety.

They gave up the TD after a shit 3 and out and crappy punt leaving them with a short field not right after the td.

No, the story all week was how important playoff experience is and how it would be the deciding factor in the game. If this was mitch without experience I anxiously await the rest of his career
