Agreed. I thought they would be playing next week @LA, and had a good shot to beat them and play the Saints/Cowboys for the NFC title game. The Super Bears Super Bowl talk was meatballish for sure, but I definitely thought the Bears had a good run in them.
Kirkwood, if on Friday you told me that the Bears would hold the Eagles to 16 points, be +2 in the turnover battle, and Parkey would hit 3 FGs, I would have owed you MANY lunches because if I knew that I would have planned on the Bears cruising to a win.
