Walker for sure. Clarett is a good call.

I think RBs are easier for sure to get that nod over a QB.

I'll take a stab at a pick and say OJ Simpson.

Back to this Lawrence kid. Not many freshman QBs are ever in this spotlight.

Maybe go back to OU and Jamelle Holieway to win a National Championship as a freshman QB. But he never threw the ball.

He was still the last one? Wow.

I loved how he held the ball on his hip.

I don't know if he was the last one. But, that's the last one I remember for sure.

He might have been a redshirt. I don't recall.

There should be a panel of like 10 respected scouts, GMs, or whatever who aren’t currently employed by NFL teams. If 8/10 say a kid is ready he should be allowed to declare for the draft. No reason to watch this Lawrence kid fuck around on Saturdays for the next two years if he can go be the Giants Patrick Mahomes right now. They should make this happen.

I think Ross even more than Lawrence. He already has an NFL body and hands.

I'd say he has to put some weight on in order not to get crushed, but that's not gonna matter in the NFL today as much.

Exactly. Lamar Jackson fumbles every other snap and got hurt like 8 times this year and still went 6-2 as a starter. The shield will take care of them.

I have to admit that, when I see Trevor Lawrence, I feel like he wants me to put the lotion in the basket.

Big bad Alabama offense could only score 16 points and their defense gave up 44.

SAD!

Considering Alabama probably spent more than $5.6B on their defensive wall.

Lawrence was making throws Mitch wishes he could. That kid could come out now and be the number 1 pick.

Lawrence turned 19 in October, so he may be a little older than most Frosh. At 6'5" and 215(ding), he's not far from NFL QB size already. Definitely has the laser-rocket arm. I wish he was sporting a crew cut instead of that trailer-trash 'do, but I would probably have that if I could grow it...

When I hit Google to check his birthday, his girlfriend was the number two suggested search, nice.

They kept saying that Tua hardly played a second half this year since Bama was up so early, I only hope Dabo does the same next year and keeps this guy from getting hurt in a mercy-rule-type win. It wouldn't seem to hurt his draft cashe

How many times did Tua's dad beat him for this loss?

I really want a reporter to ask a follow up question as to why God wanted them to embarrass the other team.
