I have to disagree on that. Rivers has had a great career. He hasn't had a lot of playoff success but he's not alone. If he could have a run and make the Super Bowl just one year, he would be right there with the greats. John Elway didn't have playoff success until his team carried him there as an old man.

Rivers did make the playoffs a number of times his first 6 or 7 yrs tho and made AFC champ. Maybe Marino is better comp

It's just hard for me to rip on him because he has been consistently good too great for so long.
