I think any QB who winds up with > 400 TDs will pretty much get in, no questions asked, regardless of era unless something changes. I don't love it, but I don't hate it. If you are the centerpiece of a franchise for 12+ years, I see the argument. Most teams don't have that type of stability and consistent production at the position.

Probably. At the very least, Matt Ryan has won some playoff games and played in a Super Bowl.
