By all, do you mean 2 players, because you listed 2 players.

The number of players who win a title in their first 2-3 years as the best player is very low in NBA history. I'm sure there are others, but the only other one that comes immediately to mind is Tim Duncan.

The point though is that it isn't remarkable that players who are great end up taking more than 5 years to start winning titles. For every great NBA player that won a title right at the start I can name three that didn't win a title until after 5 years or didn't win one at all.

That is exactly the point! You give the Pistons credit for beating the 8 seed Larry Bird team where he only played 6 games but you don't give credit to the Bulls for sweeping the Pistons the year after they won the title and then beating the Lakers after that.
