I have met OG in person and I found him to be a very down to earth guy. Certainly not this egomaniac you claim he is. We talked about his family and other things including sports of course. It was a pleasure meeting and talking to him.

Why does the OG get constantly attacked, while Jesse Rogers gets a free pass. OG is intelligent and a good communicator, while Jesse is a dumb ass and inarticulate.

I think if OG went to another major market and was put in a position to suceed, he could become another Mike Greenberg. In this market, I think insecure people like Silvy and Harry are constantly backstabbing him and holding him back.

First of all, Greenberg is a sellout hack. Second of all, what examples do you have of Silvy and/or Harry stabbing him in the back? And finally, Jesse gets a free ride, not a free pass. He has no business collecting a check in this industry, but I assure you he get's ripped pretty regularly.

This thread should end. You guys attack Mike, however you are regular listeners to Mike North, C& S, JD, Holmes, Rogers,Buffone and the other less talented time fillers. It does not make any sense to attack a solid pro and then regularly listen to the above mentioned garbage. It has been mentioned before on this board, that the negative posters are probably bitter producers, interns and lower level on air talent. Spend your time on improving your career, rather then attacking Mike.
