Not sure why you keep bumping this. OKC was projected to be the 6th or 7th best team this year and that’s where they are. You thought they would be better and I thought they would be worse. We were both wrong.

Either you are lying or ill informed. OKC is currently in 3rd place (1.5 back of 2nd). I keep bumping it because you said that 6th was a stretch. Don't try and redefine the argument. Proof is there that's why I bumped it.

Read the quote again. top 6 team in the NBA, not the West.

Come on dude. I was talking conf. There is no way to know top 6 with the Conf being separate. I had them top 3 in the West.

Even with you're still wrong.

You may have been talking conference but that quote is clearly talking about the entire NBA.

You really think I had OKC as not even being a top 6 team in the West? I don't like them but of course they were gonna finish top 6 in the West. That quote you pulled is from us discussing preseason NBA power rankings. It was clear that we were talking about the entire NBA, and I even directly said so in my post. I accept your apology.

Not so fast bub.

This reflects your true feelings on the matter.

Last spring isn't relevant. OKC got A LOT better by losing Carmelo, bringing back Roberson and bringing in Schroeder as a back up PG. Also having PG there as a long term player as opposed to a one year rental should make a differfence. OKC should be a much better team than last year.

Utah should be better as well with a full year of Gobert and a year of experience for Donovan.

Definitely not crazy to have OKC over Utah nor would it be crazy to have Utah over OKC. Probably why they are right next to each other in the rankings.

No it's crazy. People do this with OKC every year in the preseason and they're never nearly as good as people expect. This season will be no different.

the fact remains that I never had them top 3 in the NBA so I don't know what exactly I happened to be wrong about. No matter what you are still wrong and if they matchup with UTah in the playoffs I'm putting money on the wood. You will have a bet on that one.

I don't really like the guy anymore but that's a solid commercial.

Nerlens Noel and Okafor faced each other tonight.

Noel: 22 points 13 boards

Okafor came off the bench.

. They weren't checking each other. I actually watched the game

Noel came off the bench too.

I did not watch the game. It would be tough to make a case Okafor played better though.

Probably didn't. The fact that you wouldn't dare speak Noel's name for 4 months speaks volumes.

Wake me when he strings together the sort of games that Okafor did a few weeks ago

I actually heard crazy old Wilbon say that the Clippers would present a huge obstacle to the Lakers' playoff chances because they're rivals.

Nice start to this Jazz OKC game. Mitchell starting strong. Averaging 26 and 5 since January 1st.

Ricky Rubio looks like a bartender at a craft cocktail lounge.

Kyle O’quinn is the only other one that comes to mind.

It's a real shame watching all this basket ball knowing that none of it matters when the playoffs start.

I remember a time not too long ago when MANY here believed that Jimmy Buckets was better than Paul George.
