It annoys me that Lauri's name is longer than Dirks.

Gainz. You can see the veins trying to pop out of his neck.

I’ve never doubted his scoring ability since his first game as a rookie.

The rebounding lately is extremely encouraging. He’s clearly been putting in the necessary work in the weight room, something even Porzingis hasn’t done since being drafted.

I’m excited if we can get a healthy Lauri for next season. It will most definitely fuck up any tanking plans tho if people think we are doing that again next year (we probably are :()

Gotta give Boylen credit on this one; he wanted Lauri to rebound more when he took over the job.

I have been ok with the tanking...but it has to come to an end. This is the last year I will be ok with the tanking. I am more concerned with the coach situation. If we bring back this dickhead for another year then I will be a full time Mavs fan until they get a new front office.

Hard to argue.

But consider your new team. Why go with Luka and Porzingis when you can roll with some winners like DeRozan and Aldridge?

Agreed. Luka should be a 15 time all star. Doesn’t have the type of body that you should worry about injury with but still competes at the highest level with the best players in the world and he’s only 19.

He also has that Steph/Bird vibe where he’s so good he’s just fucking around out there to see what he’s capable of even while playing at a high level. I LOVE that trait and it’s something Bird and Steph have but I don’t think Jordan and LeBron really ever had.

Yeah I love the comp to Bird. It is a unique thing. I was recently watching some old Bird highlights. It is easy to forget just how good he was....dude was a bad MFer.

They really did luck out on Markkanen. Only health will keep him from being a franchise type guy.

They can’t really fuck up the tank much with the new rules. It’s nice to see Lauri take it to Boston. If we can snag Zion or Ja shit will get interesting quick.

Lauri is gonna be a superstar. 7x all star type.

At the UC checking it out. Them Bulls will be good in a few years. Killer part may be that Boylen may be brought back now. They are a tad improved lately too.

Hopefully this was an isolated incident and he’s alright.
