He wouldn’t be a downgrade I’m sure of that. I’m unsure if he would be much of an upgrade. Nas liked to call him the best young coach in the league but I’ve never seen any evidence of that.

How big is the Rose overpay going to be? Considering how much GarPax bid against themselves for Wade and Parker merely being from the city and Rose actually did something for the organization, I anticipate it being pretty hefty. Can't be mad at Derrick for getting in on the hometown stimulus package, and I'm sure there will be some amazing photos of him on the billboards and other promotional material for next season.

I don't think White is a starting PG in the NBA. If they do draft him they will have to sign a FA to man the position for the next 2-3 years.

Probably. And whatever PG is there at 7 is an upgrade over Dunn. Or a cheap FA vet. Not sure if Bulls can get Butler and Beverly but that puts the team in the playoffs.

I don't. I've always been against the PG being a team's top scoring option...or best deep threat. Besides, Beverly certainly isn't a butcher outside...he shoots about 40% from 3 his last 4 seasons.

The Bulls have 3P shooting covered. They need defense and smart, talented guards.
